Welcome to Local Eats Canada. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Local Eats Canada website at order-littiecesar.online, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Local Delivery Solutions, a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Local Eats Canada acts as an intermediary between you ("Customer") and third-party restaurants ("Partner Restaurants"). We facilitate the ordering process but do not prepare or deliver food ourselves. Each Partner Restaurant is independently owned and operated.
To place orders through our Service, you must create an account. When creating your account, you agree to:
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
When you place an order through Local Eats Canada, you are making an offer to purchase food from a Partner Restaurant. The order is confirmed when the Partner Restaurant accepts it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for reasons of suspected fraud or error in pricing.
All prices displayed on our platform are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are set by Partner Restaurants and may differ from in-store prices. Delivery fees, service charges, and tips are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. All payment processing is handled by our PCI DSS-compliant payment partner, Stripe.
You may cancel an order within 2 minutes of placing it for a full refund. After the Partner Restaurant begins preparing your order, cancellations are subject to the restaurant's policy. If you receive incorrect or unsatisfactory food, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution, which may include a refund, credit, or redelivery.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors including order volume, weather conditions, traffic, and restaurant preparation time. Local Delivery Solutions is not liable for delays in delivery. If your order is significantly late (more than 30 minutes past the estimated time), please contact our support for assistance.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Local Delivery Solutions and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Local Delivery Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Local Delivery Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
